VION N.V. has four divisions.
VION Ingredients develops, produces and sells ingredients of natural materials for pharmaceutical, feed, and technical applications for humans and animals;
VION Fresh Meat is the division that produces high quality pork, beef and lamb in an efficient and hygienic manner;
VION Convenience develops, produces and sells meat-based convenience foods and other pre-packed foods such as fish, vegetables and vegetarian products.
VION UK is the division specifically structured for the development, production and sales of food products in and from the United Kingdom. This will include meat, vegetables and potato products.
Banner operates as a separate business unit, and is a world leader in the development and production of pharmaceutical application forms with gelatine and non-gelatine bases.
